Essence and Presence

“Essence” refers to the core, fundamental nature of a person or thing, the true, unchanging reality of who you are at a spiritual level, while “presence” is the state of being fully aware and conscious in the moment, allowing you to perceive that essence. Essence is the “what” (your fundamental Being), and presence is the “how” (your conscious state of awareness) through which that essence is experienced.

Essence

Your True Identity:
Essence is not about your physical appearance, possessions, or abilities, but the deepest, spiritual dimension of who you are.

Oneness:
It is described as the light refracted from your soul, a sprinkling of the infinite, and a carry of the code of Oneness that connects all beings to the great unified field.

Pure Consciousness:
It is your original and undefiled beingness, the ultimate core reality of your soul, and the authentic presence of your Being.

Presence

Awareness:
Presence is a state of heightened consciousness and awareness that allows you to connect with your essence.
Inner Space:
It’s a deep, silent inner space of awareness that helps you realize your fundamental level of being.

The Key to Essence:
Experiencing presence is often seen as the key to remembering and sensing your true essence.
Not Tangible:
Presence is intangible and formless but pervades your entire being.

The Relationship

Essence is felt in Presence:

Your essence is the unchanging core of you, and you feel and realize it through the state of presence.

Presence is the bridge:

The disciplined act of being fully present allows you to tap into the formless essence, which brings peace and a deeper sense of self beyond the “form identity” of your ego and life experiences
